Twitter???????

I have a Twitter account but I have never used it. 

To be honest I just don't get it. 

I feel like the kid in high school who is on the social fringe looking at all the cool kids have fun. Wishing that I was in the inner circle and at the same time not.

Do you tweet? Do you like it? What do you use it for (talk with friends, exchange ideas within the online community, meet people, etc)?  Am I missing out by not using Twitter?
