Beauty in the everyday

I got tired of taking pictures of snow. Enough snow already! So I began to hunt around the house for photo subjects. And while I was preparing my morning tea Wednesday I looked down and thought how beautiful the blend of tea leaves were. So much color and texture -  a perfect photo subject.

Just goes to show that there is beauty all around us. You just have to open your eyes every once and a while to see it.
